PRINCE2® Agile Foundation

About the course

The instructor lead, virtual PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course is aimed at assessing whether the candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team on a project using the PRINCE2® Agile method in an organizational environment that supports PRINCE2® Agile. In this sense, the candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles and terminology of the method.

A core purposes of the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course is showing you how PRINCE2® can be used in an Agile driven environment using Lean and Lean Startup techniques and to prepare you for the official PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam.

After the course, you will have the opportunity to take the official PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam within 12 months after completing the course. If you later wish to sit the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner exam, you will need to have passed the Foundation exam.

The study materials are comprehensive and completely sufficient for the successful passing of the exam. These include the official Peoplecert Training Materials including a Learner Workbbok with slides and sample exams, a Quick Reference Guide and an online version of the official PRINCE2 Agile Book.

Audience

This course is suitable for project managers, members of project teams, individuals who have a supporting role in projects or are responsible for quality management, as well as anyone who in some way participates or is related to the implementation of projects.

Requirements

There are no pre-requisites to take the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam. PRINCE2® Agile is not a replacement of PRINCE2®. To get the most benefits out of the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course we recommend that you to already have a basic understanding of PRINCE2®, Scrum, AgilePM, Lean and Lean Startup.
